He is passionate about intentionally designed gatherings that bring people together to laugh, listen, and challenge their own thinking. He uses the framework and mindsets of design thinking to support teams in exploring problems and generating new ideas. He is especially adept at guiding conversations about how to make institutions and organizations more equitable.
Adha holds a Masters in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley and a B.A. from Georgetown University. And when he isn’t working, he’s probably looking up new recipes or playing chess.
